Kellhus' dream on the Circumfix

After all these years I've yet to see any remotely convincing explanation either here or on Westeros for what that dream is supposed to mean (someone correct me if I'm wrong)... Not until the series is concluded, no. Sorry, but you'll understand once you've completed TGO.

I've completed TGO and I'm still not sure I get it.
